A prestigious luxury lodge located in the beautiful Sabi Sands area near Hazyview is seeking a detail-oriented Store Administrator to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working with inventory, stock control, and administrative processes in a fast-paced lodge environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all stock and store operations run efficiently while maintaining accurate records and supporting various departments with their supply requirements. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. Previous experience within the hospitality, tourism, retail, or stock administration sector will be advantageous.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a store administration, stock control, or inventory-related role.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stock records and inventory systems.
• Capture stock movements and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Assist with stock counts and regular inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
• Ensure accurate filing and administration of store documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock requirements.
• Support the smooth operation of the lodge’s procurement and stores function.

Package:

Salary: R9,000 – R11,000 Depending on Experience + Live In
