How it works
Once you have contacted Hospitality and Outdoor you will be sent an email with our T&Cs, please read through, sign and send back to us.
Hospitality and Outdoor will present any potential candidates we deem suitable and remain available to address any inquiries you may have.
After reviewing the candidate’s CV, kindly share your feedback with us at your earliest convenience. If you determine that the candidate is not the right fit for the job, we will promptly inform them of the outcome. Providing specific feedback on why the candidate was not selected can help us better understand your requirements.
If the candidate is successful, we will coordinate the interview logistics according to your preferred mode of communication, whether it be virtual, telephonic, or in-person. In the event we do not receive any response from you after submitting the candidate for review, we will follow up with you within a few days to ensure the process is moving forward.
If the interview is successful, and you intend to make an offer, we will provide all the necessary offer details to the candidate and inform you of their decision in due course.
If the appointment requires the signing of contracts beforehand, we will assist the candidate in completing the necessary paperwork.
We will send an invoice to you for payment, which is due within 14 working days of the employee’s contract being signed or their official start date.
