After spending the last decade in the Hospitality Industry, Charlene and I have discovered three things about ourselves: our passion for Africa, its people, and the industry.
During our careers, we have been fortunate to work in some of the most stunning lodges in Southern Africa. We have organized unforgettable boat cruises on the majestic Zambezi river, created unforgettable experiences in treehouses in Sabi Sands, arranged memorable bush breakfasts in Kruger National Park, and been entertained by delightful staff choir performances in Timbavati. This has exposed us to a diverse range of operations and services within the industry and has given us a unique perspective that we bring to our recruitment service.
However, we have also encountered our fair share of challenges, including sourcing candidates with the appropriate skills for the position, ensuring a suitable cultural fit for the business, and confirming that the company culture aligns with the candidate’s values.
