Job Requirements

• Manage and maintain accurate stock records across food, beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position within a 4/5‑star hospitality establishment (essential).
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock movement, usage patterns, and variances.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying quality, quantity, and pricing.
• Control issuing of stock to departments and monitor requisitions.
• Assist in managing food and beverage costs in line with budget targets.
• Prepare variance reports and monthly inventory valuations.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Ensure storerooms are secure, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Apply FIFO principles and maintain proper storage conditions.
