While the role is primarily remote, the successful candidate must reside within the Welgevonden area and be available to visit the lodges weekly to conduct stock counts and ensure accurate inventory management.
The position will play a key role in supporting lodge operations through effective stock control, invoice management, record keeping, and general administration. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory records, process supplier invoices, and ensure accurate reporting. Job Description
- Conduct weekly stock counts at lodges.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices.
- Capture and update stock movements.
- Prepare stock and administration reports.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain filing and administrative systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and lodge management teams.
- Assist with budgeting and stock tracking processes.
- Ensure all stock and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
