Job Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ Spa Therapist experience preferred.
• Qualified in massage therapies and beauty treatments.
• Strong knowledge of facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resort, lodge, or spa environments advantageous.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve treatment and retail sales targets.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Deliver professional spa treatments to the highest standard.
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
• Promote retail products and spa packages.
• Drive treatment upgrades and repeat bookings.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure guest comfort and confidentiality throughout treatments.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Assist with spa promotions and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support daily spa operations and lodge wellness activities.
• Follow all treatment protocols, health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to outstanding guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.

Package

Salary: R7,500 – R9,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Applicable treatment and retail commission structure
Staff accommodation and meals (subject to company policy)
