Job Requirements

• Recognised Beauty qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) – Essential
• 2 to 3 years’ therapist experience within a luxury lodge, hotel, or 4/5-star spa environment – Essential
• Excellent English communication skills – Essential
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to perform massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other spa treatments
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills
• Competent in handling bookings and spa administration
• Ability to assist with reservations and reception duties when required
• Proven ability to promote and upsell treatments and retail products
• Maintain spa hygiene standards, procedures, and protocols
• Willingness to assist the lodge team where operationally required

Package

• Salary: R9,000 – R11,000 per month DOE
