Job Requirements

• Qualified Spa Therapist with relevant certifications.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Front of House / Reception.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.
• Strong guest-service and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in performing professional spa treatments to a high standard.
• Confident in reception duties: welcoming guests, check-ins/outs, handling enquiries.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming.
• Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a luxury safari lodge environment.
• Calm and professional when handling guest requests or concerns.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Previous lodge, hotel, or safari experience advantageous.
• Flexible and willing to assist with general guest-service duties.
