Job Requirements

• International qualifications: ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP, or CIBTEC.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a spa environment within a 5-star lodge, hotel, or cruise industry. Recent graduates will also be considered.
• Experience performing spa treatments including massage, body treatments, skincare, waxing, and nail treatments.
• Proven retail sales and upselling experience.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal communication skills.
• Highly presentable with exceptional grooming, hygiene, and professional standards.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest service and wellness experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining treatment room standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a professional spa team.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
