• Experience with stock control, ordering, and rotation procedures

• Hands‑on food preparation and confident guest interaction when required
• Own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Conduct stock takes and place orders
• Manage kitchen administration, menus, recipes, and stock systems
• Maintain stock rotation and food safety standards
• Adapt menus to guest preferences and dietary needs
• Support smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction

Package

• Salary: R 12 000 – R 14 000 pm DOE
• Live‑in accommodation provided
• 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
