Job Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of luxury lodge operations across multiple departments.
• Previous experience in a senior hospitality or lodge management position.
• Strong Food & Beverage background with the ability to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Ability to support and relieve departmental heads in:
  • Front Office
  • Guest Relations
  • Food & Beverage
  • Kitchen Operations
  • Housekeeping
  • Procurement and Stores
  • Venues and Special Events
• Hands-on management style with excellent operational knowledge.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and planning skills.
• Natural leadership ability with experience mentoring, developing, and motivating teams.
• Confident making operational decisions independently.
• Passionate about guest hosting and delivering exceptional luxury Hospitality experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) knowledge will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work closely with the General Manager to refine systems, improve standards, and strengthen overall Lodge operations.

• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off work cycle.
