Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hospitality management role
• Previous experience in an upmarket restaurant environment
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Experience working with restaurant management and POS systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong guest relations and communication abilities
• Sound understanding of restaurant financial controls and cost management
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate hospitality staff
• Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented approach
• Ability to work flexible hospitality hours
• Preference will be given to candidates based in St Francis Bay or nearby areas
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
