Job Requirements & Description
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and lodge management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Previous restaurant management experience within hospitality or lodge environments preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-organised with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Package:
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month + Single Accommodation
