This position is ideally suited to a hands-on professional who thrives in a busy Restaurant environment and enjoys being actively involved in both Kitchen operations and daily guest service.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, from food preparation and presentation to stock control, customer service, and assisting with operational management. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manager who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and contribute positively to the overall success of the business.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a Restaurant, Kitchen, or Hospitality environment
• Proven ability to assist with restaurant management and daily operations
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Experience working with a POS system
• Ability to oversee and maintain standards within the Kitchen
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong people management and team leadership abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Sober habits and professional approach to work
• Own reliable transport is essential
• Single accommodation only

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Salary: From R9,000 per month
• Single live-in accommodation provided
• 2 free meals per day
