A leading 5-star lodge group in Glencairn, Western Cape is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join its dynamic team. This reservation opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in hospitality, tourism, and luxury guest services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservation enquiries, processing bookings accurately, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the initial enquiry through to arrival.

Job Description & Requirements:
Reservation Responsibilities
- Handle reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Ensure all reservation details are communicated effectively to operational teams
- Monitor availability and maximise occupancy opportunities
Hospitality & Tourism Requirements
- Previous reservation experience within hospitality, tourism, hotel, or lodge operations
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
- Professional guest service approach and customer-focused mindse
- Experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment advantageous
