Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservationist, in reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality role (Essential).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in reservation systems and general computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and perform well under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach to guest service.
• Handle reservations accurately while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
• Work closely with lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage booking enquiries efficiently.
