Job Requirements – Recruiter

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry – essential.
• Strong understanding of social media and a professional online presence.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills.
• Highly personable, friendly, outgoing and approachable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional, polished and well-groomed presentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote environment.
• Passion for connecting people with suitable hospitality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities – Recruiter

• Interview and assess potential hospitality candidates.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Format CVs and create professional candidate profiles.
• Maintain active and engaging social media platforms.
• Advertise new hospitality vacancies across relevant platforms.
• Conduct professional candidate reference checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Provide general administrative and recruitment support.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and assist them throughout the recruitment process.

Package – Remote Recruiter

• Commission-based salary.
• Full-time remote position.
