As the first point of contact for guests, the successful Receptionist will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth running of daily front desk activities. Receptionist, Hospitality and Lodge Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist within a lodge, hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent Guest service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with reservation and booking systems advantageous.
- Ability to manage guest arrivals, departures, and enquiries efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and guest-focused.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
