We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager or a dynamic Management Couple to assist in leading daily lodge operations and delivering world-class guest experiences. This live-in position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a luxury wilderness environment and have a passion for service excellence, team leadership, and operational management. The successful candidate or couple will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards across all departments while ensuring guests receive memorable and personalized experiences. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire teams are essential for this role. Previous experience within luxury hospitality, safari lodges, or boutique properties is necessary.

Job Requirements & Description
- Assist with the overall management and operation of the luxury safari lodge.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery at all times.
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams.
- Support financial management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Maintain lodge standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Oversee housekeeping, food and beverage, front-of-house, and guest activities.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Work closely with department heads to achieve operational goals.
- Previous management experience within luxury hospitality or safari lodges preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills required.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote lodge environment.
- Passion for wildlife, tourism, and guest engagement.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
