Management Couple | Luxury Lodge, Malawi
Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Management Couple for an exceptional luxury safari Lodge in Malawi. This is an exciting Hospitality opportunity for two proven Senior Management professionals who are passionate about remote Lodge operations, guest experiences, conservation, and sustainable tourism. Both candidates must bring strong safari Lodge leadership experience and the ability to thrive in a remote international Hospitality environment. The successful couple will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences in a unique African destination. This role will suit candidates who are hands-on, commercially aware, culturally respectful, and comfortable leading teams in an isolated setting. A strong understanding of safari operations and luxury standards is essential for success. This Lodge provides a rare opportunity to lead purposefully.
Job Requirements – Management, Lodge & Hospitality
• Both candidates must have proven Hospitality management experience within safari Lodges, with a minimum of 3–5 years’ Senior Management experience – Essential.
• Previous experience managing remote Lodges outside South Africa – Preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work sensitively across different cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage renovation, maintenance, and operational projects.
• Sound knowledge of luxury guest service standards and Hospitality best practices.
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven approach to Lodge management.
• Genuine passion for conservation, nature, wildlife, and sustainable tourism.
• Ability to work effectively as a Management team in a remote safari environment.
Package – Management Couple | Malawi Lodge
• US$4,500–5,000 NETT per month, negotiable based on experience.
• Live-in accommodation provided.
• Meals provided.
• Annual flight allowance.
