Hospitality and Outdoor – Urgent Vacancy – Lodge Manager

An exceptional Manager opportunity is available at a prestigious luxury Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This exciting Hospitality career opportunity is ideal for an experienced lodge professional with a strong operational background, excellent guest relations skills and proven leadership experience within a 4/5-star luxury lodge environment.

The successful Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Lodge operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards and supporting the overall financial and operational performance of the property. A strong Food and Beverage background, sound financial acumen and the ability to lead a professional team are essential.

Lodge Manager Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager within a 4/5-star Lodge environment – Essential
• Previous 4/5-star luxury Lodge experience is essential
• Excellent understanding of all functions within a Lodge operation
• Strong Food and Beverage background
• Sound financial acumen and understanding of operational budgets
• Excellent customer relations and guest service skills
• Strong leadership, communication and team management abilities
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
• Professional, well-groomed and guest-focused
• Must be of sober habits
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Passion for luxury Hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
