An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Lodge Manager to join a prestigious luxury lodge in the world-renowned Kruger National Park, South Africa. Our client is seeking a skilled and hands-on hospitality professional with strong operational, financial, and guest relations experience to assist the current Lodge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of this exceptional property.
This position is ideal for an experienced Camp Manager or Deputy Lodge Manager with a proven track record in a 4- or 5-star luxury lodge environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in one of South Africa’s most sought-after safari destinations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Deputy Lodge Manager or Camp Manager in a 4- or 5-star luxury lodge (Essential).
- Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star lodge environment (Essential).
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of lodge operations.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage operational budgets effectively.
- Semper system knowledge preferred.
- Strong Food and Beverage background with an understanding of service standards and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer relations and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Must be of sober habits and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Valid driver’s licence (Essential).

- Salary: Negotiable per month, based on experience.
