Lodge Manager | Greater Kruger Reserve

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Lodge in the Greater Kruger Reserve. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership ability, operational expertise and a proven background in managing a high-end lodge environment.

The successful Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental performance and the highest standards of service. A strong Food and Beverage background, sound financial understanding and excellent guest relations skills are essential for this role.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager within a 4/5-star Lodge environment – Essential
• Previous experience working in a 4/5-star Luxury Lodge is essential
• A relevant hospitality qualification will be highly beneficial
• Excellent understanding of all operational functions within a lodge
• Strong Food and Beverage background and operational knowledge
• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and operational expenditure
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a hospitality team
• Excellent customer relations and guest service skills
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
• Professional, well-presented and well-groomed
• Must be of sober habits
• Valid driver’s licence – Essential
