A prestigious luxury lodge in Madikwe is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Kitchen Store Administrator to support the efficient operation of a busy lodge kitchen. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong administrative abilities, excellent stock control knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. Working closely with the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all kitchen stock, purchasing processes, and inventory systems are managed accurately and efficiently.
The Kitchen Store Administrator will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, receiving and checking deliveries, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring the kitchen store remains organised and compliant with hygiene standards. This position requires someone who can work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The successful applicant should have previous experience in stock control, purchasing, or stores management, along with a solid understanding of lodge and kitchen operations. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills are essential, while experience using PANHospitality will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates must be trustworthy, reliable, and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Job Description
- Manage kitchen purchasing and stock ordering.
- Maintain accurate stock records and par stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries.
- Keep the kitchen store clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control processes.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate administrative record keeping.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock control, purchasing, or stores management.
- Good understanding of kitchen and lodge operations.
- Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience using PANHospitality will be a strong advantage.
