Job Requirements
- FGASA Level 1 qualification or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and PDP preferred.
- Strong passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct informative and engaging Field experiences.
- Previous guiding experience advantageous but not essential.
- Must be professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong knowledge of the Karoo ecosystem and wildlife advantageous.
- Commitment to safety, conservation, and service excellence within a leading Reserve environment.
