The successful candidate will play a key role in food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and assisting in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Gauteng due to operational requirements and ease of relocation.
Job Requirements
- Fluent Afrikaans and English communication skills.
- Must currently reside in Gauteng.
- Previous experience as a Junior Chef, Commis Chef, or similar Kitchen position.
- Culinary qualification or relevant hospitality training advantageous.
- Experience working in a Lodge, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong passion for food preparation and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
