Job Requirements & Description
- Oversee all daily housekeeping operations.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet lodge standards.
- Develop and manage housekeeping schedules and rosters.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the lodge.
- Manage linen, laundry, and housekeeping inventories.
- Control housekeeping supplies and stock levels.
- Perform regular room and facility inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate housekeeping records and reports.
- Previous housekeeping management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
Package
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month + Single Accommodation
