Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Guide or Head Ranger within a luxury safari lodge environment.
• Relevant industry qualifications suitable for a leadership-level Ranger position.
• Valid PDP and First Aid certification.
• Rifle Competency.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and guide training abilities.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Passion for wildlife conservation and ethical guiding practices.
• Ability to manage guide and tracker allocations and operational planning.
• Experience maintaining vehicle, radio, and safari equipment standards.
• Strong understanding of luxury lodge service standards.
• Experience with wildlife photography, content creation, blogs, or social media will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Sabi Sand ecosystem will be beneficial.
• Professional, approachable, and calm leadership style.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
