 A welcoming live-in opportunity is available for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Guest Relations Officer at a peaceful hospitality resort. The successful candidate will help create warm, memorable stays by supporting guests from arrival to departure, assisting with activities, and contributing wherever needed across daily operations. This position suits a naturally outgoing professional who enjoys working with people, spending time outdoors, and delivering attentive service in a varied environment.

Job Description and Requirements

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their stay.
  • Complete reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs, enquiries, and general support.
  • Share accurate information about the property, available activities, and surrounding area.
  • Assist with guest entertainment, recreational activities, and memorable experiences.
  • Accompany guests on hikes and nature trails while supporting their safety and enjoyment.
  • Respond promptly and positively to guest requests, concerns, and unexpected situations.
  • Perform general reception administration and computer-related tasks.
  • Support the shop and kitchen teams when operationally required.
  • Help maintain a clean, organised, welcoming, and professional guest environment.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational needs.
  • Contribute wherever required to ensure smooth day-to-day resort operations.
  • Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and committed to consistently high service standards.
  • Computer literate, with the confidence and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Friendly, bubbly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with different guests.
  • Energetic and physically fit enough for regular walks and hiking trails.
  • Creative, with ideas for guest activities, entertainment, and engagement.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, calm, and helpful under changing circumstances.
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • Flexible and willing to assist across departments when necessary.
  • Professional, well-presented, responsible, and genuinely people-oriented.
  • Comfortable living on-site in private single-person accommodation with an en-suite shower, basin, and toilet.
  • Prepared for the responsibilities and lifestyle of a live-in hospitality role.

 

Package:
