Job Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the guest house.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Coordinate all functions, conferences, meetings, weddings, and events.
  • Oversee reservations, occupancy levels, and guest communications.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and operational expenditure.
  • Control stock, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Drive sales, occupancy, and function bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Prepare operational and management reports.
  • Maintain property standards and coordinate maintenance requirements.
  • Previous hospitality management experience of at least 3–5 years required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills essential.

Salary: Market Related and live in position
