An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Groups Reservations Agent to join a well-established hospitality operation in Green Point. This live-out position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. Furthermore, the successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure all group bookings are managed accurately and efficiently.
Moreover, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic hospitality team where attention to detail and client satisfaction are highly valued. Therefore, candidates with strong organisational skills and a passion for reservations will be well suited to this position. In addition, previous experience managing group reservations within a hospitality environment is essential. Candidates with Nebula experience will have an added advantage.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Manage group reservation enquiries from quotation through to confirmation.
- Coordinate booking details and ensure accurate reservation administration.
- Communicate effectively with clients and operational departments.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking information promptly.
- Assist with amendments, special requests, and booking changes when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
- Previous Groups Reservations experience is essential.
- Strong hospitality reservations background required.
- Nebula experience will be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to perform accurately under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Package
- Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month, depending on benefits
