Job Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)
• Minimum of 3 years’ General Manager experience or 5 years’ Lodge Management experience within 4/5-star luxury establishments (Essential)
• Previous luxury Lodge experience (Essential)
• International hospitality experience (Highly Beneficial)
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Comprehensive operational experience across:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Front of House
  • Guest Relations
  • Project Management
  • Maintenance
  • Housekeeping
• Computer literate with excellent administrative ability
• Valid driver’s licence
