General/Lodge Manager – Luxury Lodge Botswana

Introduction

A leading hospitality group in Botswana is seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational leadership of a high-end luxury lodge. This senior manager role is ideal for a results-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership capability and a proven track record in luxury lodge or safari operations. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of lodge performance, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong financial outcomes, and world-class operational standards within a competitive luxury hospitality environment.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (essential for a general manager role in luxury lodge operations)
3–5 years’ experience in a senior manager role within luxury hospitality
Proven ability to oversee full lodge operations including guest services, Food & Beverage, and maintenance
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results in a lodge or hospitality environment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills across multicultural teams
Passion for conservation, sustainability, and responsible hospitality practices
Ability to design and implement operational strategy across all lodge departments

BWP Negotiable per month
