Job Requirements: Lodge Management and Hospitality Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Management, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Minimum five years of Lodge Management experience, or two to three years of General Management experience within a luxury establishment.
- Comprehensive understanding of front office, food and beverage, maintenance, finance, operations, and human resources.
- Strong financial acumen, including cost monitoring and the implementation of effective cost-control measures.
- Proven employment record with reliable, contactable references.
- Guest-focused approach with confidence in hosting and building positive guest relationships.
- Respectful, patient, and supportive leadership style.
- Ability to provide professional management, guidance, and encouragement to lodge employees.
- Excellent English communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure within a demanding hospitality environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing shifts and working hours within a 24-hour Kruger operation.
- Willingness to respond positively to operational changes required by the lodge, company, or hospitality industry.
Package: Management Couple Benefits
- R60,000 to R70,000 per month, depending on experience
