As Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, handling phone and email enquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, and assisting guests with information regarding lodge facilities and local attractions. You will also support the operational team in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Receptionist within a lodge, guest house, game reserve, or hospitality establishment.
• Hospitality certification or relevant qualification required.
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
• Good administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Male or female candidates welcome to apply.
• Previous lodge experience will be advantageous.

Package

• Salary: R6,500 – R8,000 per month (market related).
