A prestigious luxury lodge in Botswana is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead all guest‑facing operations. This is an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry to oversee the restaurant, bar, reception support, and spa, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence in a world‑class safari lodge environment.

Job Purpose

The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading guest‑facing operations, driving service standards, team training, beverage knowledge, guest satisfaction, and seamless collaboration with the kitchen and management team.

Front of House Manager’s Role

• Lead daily FOH operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and mentor the FOH team, embedding service standards and beverage knowledge.
• Drive restaurant, bar, and wine service excellence.
• Ensure all advertised food and beverage offerings are available and presented correctly.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Conduct daily briefings and service observations.
• Maintain GuestRevu/NPS focus and continuous improvement.
• Manage rosters, performance, stock controls, and departmental administration.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and GM to deliver a consistent dining experience.
• Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a management role within the hospitality or tourism industry.

Package

• Salary: BWP 12 000 – 15 000 pm DOE
• Live‑in accommodation (bush based)
