Job Requirements

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, safari lodges, or boutique hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for Hospitality.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hospitality management systems; knowledge of the Benson operating system will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Welcome guests and ensure seamless check-ins and departures.
• Host guests throughout their stay while coordinating special requests, celebrations, and preferences.
• Manage daily Front Office operations, guest registrations, payments, room allocations, and departures.
• Liaise with Reservations regarding arrivals, departures, and guest requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, maintain guest records, and assist with lodge administration.
• Manage daily gate manifests and coordinate transfers with charter operators and transfer companies.
• Oversee curio shop stock control, sales, reconciliations, and presentation.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Guides, and Service teams while supporting overall Lodge operations and guest hosting.

• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off work cycle.
