Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury lodge, resort, or hospitality environment
- Strong food and beverage service background with wine knowledge; sommelier experience advantageous
- Leadership and team development skills with a guest‑centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong stock control, ordering, and supplier relationship management
- Budgeting, food costing, and profitability management skills
- Organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven, and commercially minded
- Warm, professional, and confident leadership presence
- Creative eye for aesthetics and presentation
- Honest, dependable, and solutions‑focused
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans language
- Valid driver’s license essential
