Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality establishment
• Formal hospitality training will be advantageous
• Well-presented, professional, and representable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-spoken and guest-focused
• Quick-thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Innovative approach to guest service
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Job Description

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests
• Maintain high standards of guest care and satisfaction
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and welcoming
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas
• Work closely with kitchen and lodge teams
• Adhere to lodge service standards and procedures
