Job Requirements
- Valid FGASA qualification.
- Valid PDP and driver’s license.
- Previous guiding experience in a luxury lodge environment.
- Excellent knowledge of fauna, flora, birdlife, and bushveld ecosystems.
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
- First Aid certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Passion for conservation and responsible tourism.
- Strong problem-solving and safety awareness skills.
Job Description
- Conduct informative and engaging game drives.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
- Share knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the surrounding environment.
- Ensure guest safety during all safari activities.
- Assist with lodge operations when required.
- Maintain safari vehicles and equipment to required standards.
- Monitor wildlife sightings and contribute to conservation initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their stay.
- Uphold the lodge’s luxury service standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
