Introduction
A well-established guesthouse in Bryanston is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join its hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience within guesthouses, lodges, boutique hotels, or hospitality establishments will be highly advantageous.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Develop and update menus according to guest preferences and seasonal availability.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage food stock, ordering, and inventory control.
- Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements and guest requests.
- Monitor food quality and consistency at all times.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
- Work closely with management to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Previous chef experience within hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices essential.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
Salary: Market Related / Must have own accommodation in area
