Working alongside the Lodge Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, supporting financial performance, and leading a dedicated team. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Deputy Camp Manager or Camp Manager within a 4/5-star lodge (essential).
- Previous experience working in a luxury safari hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of all departments within a lodge operation.
- Sound financial and management skills with the ability to assist in operational planning.
- Strong Food & Beverage background with excellent service standards.
- Experience using the Semper property management system is preferred.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
- Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Must be of sober habits.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding luxury hospitality experiences.
Package
- Salary: R23,000 – R28,000 per month (depending on experience)
