Working closely with department heads and ownership, the Boutique Hotel Manager will be expected to drive service excellence, manage financial performance, develop employees, and uphold the hotel’s reputation as a leading luxury destination.

Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful guest relationships are essential. Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Hotel Management position
• Previous experience within a 5-star boutique hotel
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent guest relations and hosting abilities
• Sound financial management and budgeting experience
• Revenue and yield management knowledge
• Strong food and beverage operational understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and service standards
• Ability to work flexible hospitality hours
• Valid driver’s licence preferred

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique hotel
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Monitor and improve revenue opportunities
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance functions
• Ensure brand standards and quality controls are maintained
• Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively
• Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and stakeholders
• Develop strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
