A luxury lodge operation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial administration within a hospitality environment. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys maintaining accurate records, managing payroll processes, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring the smooth running of financial functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core bookkeeping duties while supporting lodge operations through accurate financial administration and reporting. In addition, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in the role.

Job Description & Requirements:
- Full bookkeeping function and financial administration
- Payroll processing and associated reporting
- Creditors, debtors and payment administration
- Financial reconciliations and record maintenance
- Preparation of management information and reports
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Previous Bookkeeper experience within hospitality, lodge or related environments advantageous
- Strong payroll, creditors and debtors experience required
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a live-in hospitality environment
