Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and replenish bar stock levels
• Assist with stock takes and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest requests and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service

Job Requirements

• Previous Bartender experience within hospitality
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good cash handling and basic administrative skills
