Job Requirements

• General maintenance of electrical equipment (solar plants, generators, sewage treatment plants).
• Servicing and maintaining water pumps, boreholes, and wells.
• Conducting regular water tests and recording levels.
• Advising on equipment upgrades and ensuring timely repairs.
• Managing water and power budgets for camps.
• Preventative maintenance and oversight of all camp projects.
• Daily communication with General Managers on maintenance needs.
• Administration and financial processes including ordering, issuing, and stock control.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry players.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Diploma/degree in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and PRDP Licence.
• Strong electrical or mechanical skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and move between camps as required.
