Job Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury Lodge or hospitality management.
- Strong Food & Beverage management experience.
- Proven personnel management and staff leadership skills.
- Excellent Guest liaison and guest relations abilities.
- Strong administrative and operational management experience.
- Ability to oversee daily lodge operations and departmental performance.
- Financial acumen, including stock control and budgeting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a remote bush environment.
- A passionate and proactive Manager couple committed to service excellence.
- Valid driver’s licenses preferred.
