Introduction
Hospitality & Outdoor is recruiting a motivated Assistant Management Couple for a renowned Big Five Lodge in the Greater Kruger region of Limpopo. This exciting live-in opportunity is ideal for a couple consisting of a qualified Guide and an experienced Front of House / Administration professional who are passionate about hospitality, wildlife, and exceptional Guest experiences.
The successful couple will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the lodge. One partner will be responsible for conducting professional safari activities and wildlife experiences, while the other will oversee front-of-house duties, administration, reservations assistance, and guest relations. Together, you will help ensure smooth lodge operations and deliver outstanding service to local and international guests.

Assistant Management Couple Requirements
Field Guide Partner
- Relevant FGASA qualification.
- DEAT registration.
- Valid PrDP.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Additional guiding qualifications advantageous.
- Previous Big Five guiding experience preferred.
- Excellent wildlife interpretation and guest engagement skills.
Front of House / Administration Partner
- Previous lodge, hospitality, or administration experience.
- Strong guest relations and hosting abilities.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and lodge administration.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional presentation and guest-focused attitude.
Additional Requirements
- Established couple applying together.
- Ability to live and work in a remote lodge environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic.
- Fluent in English.
Package
- Combined salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Live-in position.
- Accommodation provided.
- Three meals per day provided.
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off work cycle.
- Opportunity to work at a Big Five Lodge in Greater Kruger.
