Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Manager in a 5-star safari Lodge environment.
  • Strong leadership ability with experience managing Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
  • Proven experience in Hospitality operations, guest service, and team development.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in staff training, HR processes, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of lodge maintenance and infrastructure management.
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in a remote Outdoor environment.
  • High attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to maintain luxury service standards within a high-end Lodge operation.
