This exciting Hospitality role within the premium Outdoor sector is ideal for a passionate and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and operational expertise. The successful Manager will support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining world-class Hospitality standards.

Working within a Big 5 reserve environment, you will engage with international guests, lead operational teams, and contribute to delivering unforgettable safari experiences. This position is perfect for a driven Manager seeking career growth within a luxury Lodge operation while embracing the unique lifestyle that the Outdoor industry offers.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Manager in a 5-star safari Lodge environment.
Strong leadership ability with experience managing Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
Proven experience in Hospitality operations, guest service, and team development.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in staff training, HR processes, and performance management.
Knowledge of lodge maintenance and infrastructure management.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in a remote Outdoor environment.
High attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to maintain luxury service standards within a high-end Lodge operation.
