Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager for an exclusive luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. Job Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality is beneficial.
- At least 5 years of hospitality experience in a supervisory role (essential).
- Previous lodge experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, including Food and Beverage, Front of House, Duty Management, and Hosting (essential).
- Experience managing lodge finances, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent customer relations skills and a genuine passion for guest hosting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Professional presentation and well-groomed appearance.
- Valid driver’s licence (essential).
